Build it in order
Read the entire plan before making the first cut or hole. The check under each step tells you when it is ready to move forward.
Place tools on the floor and measure handle and head clearance.
Cut equal pipe pieces and round both ends completely.
Space sleeves on the board and mark two straps per sleeve.
Fasten pipe straps snugly and add a bottom cleat or cap where handles need support.
Level the board and screw through it into at least two wall studs.
Insert tools handle-first, keep blades low and inward, and label each position.

Reused materials and sites vary. Inspect every material, follow the manufacturer’s tool instructions and use appropriate protective equipment.
