Build it in order
Read the entire plan before making the first cut or hole. The check under each step tells you when it is ready to move forward.
This is a plant-tray and tool bench, not a seat, step or animal platform.
Remove soft organic material and set four level pavers or compacted pads.
Place two blocks per end in one stable course with full bearing.
Sand the board, round corners and apply an exterior finish if desired.
Place strips between blocks and board, then center the board with equal overhang.
Add empty trays, then damp trays gradually while checking deflection.
